Win: Free PR, investor support and office kit

070724204425.jpgThose crazy kids at Lewis have launched a PR stunt that would make the Fall Guy look like a lady.

If you’re an entrepreneurial sort and are trying to launch a company in the green space, rock up to Lewis PR’s Dragon’s-Den-meets-X-Factor event on November 19.

You’ll be faced by a panel of tough investors and media sorts, who will try to pull your company to pieces.

If you make it through to the end, you could win a month of free PR and marketing from Lewis, investor support from 3i, office technology from Lexmark, and advice from Exeter University. [Greenbang is told this is in writing reports, but never trust an academic’s English…;)]

The scheme is led by Clive Booth (pictured) – a journalist who went to the dark side. He’s very keen on the green space and has organised a few booze-ups with eco-industry folk, so he’s alright by Greenbang…

Here’s the blurb:

On November 19th the Sustainable Technology Group is hosting its end of year bash, ‘Green’ Dragon’s Den meets X Factor’ in the LEWIS Media Centre, London SW1. There’s still time to register your interest to participate if you’re an environmental evangelist looking to get support for your green approach, or you’d like to be a member of the audience?

The ‘green dragons’ panel now comprises two leading environmental VC companies, Jon Edington from 3i, Alex Starling from Strata Partners, Dr John Blewitt, the head of Exeter university’s sustainable development department, greenbang and Clive Booth, head of LEWIS Green PR, offering a month’s free PR consultancy to the entrepreneur who most impresses the audience.

Applications to showcase your big green idea close on October 31. To register your interest go to the SusTech Forum site and sign up for the show:
