  • Ed Miliband, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, today called on UK business to take advantage of £100 million in new funding available to help companies become more energy efficient;
  • Motorists should soon be able to get more information on which tyres cut their fuel consumption, which improve their safety and which are quieter, following a vote in the European Parliament’s industry committee last month;
  • A long-standing mobility award in Austria is being opened up to international entrants this year.
